ORDERING: Thanks to the production speed of our supplier, the PostFrontal Shop is based on programmed pre-order only. The orders are opened for 7 days a month, day 1st to 7th of each month, August excluded. The shipping of items is guaranteed within the next 3 weeks of the same month.
If you lost this month’s turn, don’t worry! You’ll just have to wait until day 1 of the next month to order again!

 SHIPPING: The shipping costs are 8 euro for all the World if the order’s weight doesn’t go over 2 KGs (4.4 pounds). In case your package is over that weight, you’ll get a direct link in e-mail to pay the shipping price difference. If you have any doubt you can write an e-mail to our customer support address: shop@postfrontal.com
 PAYMENT: The preferred payment form is PayPal, which allows also non-registered users to pay with the main credit cards. For further info please click on the PayPal link located at the bottom of the page. If you want to request alternative forms of payment please write to shop@postfrontal.com to get all the info.
 RETURNS: The customer can return the bought items in 10 days since the receiving date with no penalty. The items must be shipped in their original state and in the original package to PostFrontal Snc, via Salomone 61, 20138 Milano, Italy. A mail to shop@postfrontal.com will have to be sent explaining the shipping info and the cause of returning. The return shipping will be at the customer's expenses, while PostFrontal Snc will refund the order amount.
