Full-length zippers on both sides of the SoaringSuit allow easy dressing without removing shoes or boots. Ventilation zippers in the sleeves can be opened from the wrists to
the armpits in warm temperatures and easily closed as temperatures drop with increasing altitude or overcast. The front zipper is low to the groin and can
be opened both ways to provide full relief-tube access.

Multiple adjustments via ankle, waist, and wrist Velcro straps and via knee and elbow cinchcords. Elasticized waist. The SoaringSuit is available in three sizes
(M, L, XL), but its many adjustments allow it to be tailored to all needs. See the size reference
table for details. |

The super-insulating
stretchable Wave fleece liner provides maximum comfort
for winter soaring or in "wave" temperature conditions. The liner fits
perfectly within the SoaringSuit shell and is completely connected to
it with small snap-buttons and zips, allowing the suit to be opened
just as it would without the liner.

The Comfort-Back system provides unheard of comfort in a sailplane cockpit. Thanks to
the hi-tech LiquiCell padding material, lumbar and buttock discomfort during
long flights become a distant memory. The material also absorbs
part of the impact energy in the event of a hard landing. The removable pad
resides within an internal pocket and is washable. |
 |
An emergency light stick, located
within a custom pocket on the left lower leg, is included with
every SoaringSuit. Provides approximately 12 hours of chemical
lighting.
Very useful in the event of a late afternoon outlanding
or as an emergency illumination and signalling source. |
 |
Easy-to-reach mobile phone
pocket located on the right sleeve. Wide pocket on the lower part of the right
leg.
Snap-button holder loops for water/oxygen tubes on shoulders.
Internal pocket for documents and
pen holder on left sleeve.
Two wide pockets on thighs
for the best in-flight accessibility. |
 |
Removable lens-cleaning
cloth located in right thigh pocket. Readily accessible when glasses
require cleaning.
An elastic strap with small snap-button secures the cloth to the inner part of the
pocket. |
 |
Short-bill cap with
removable neck cover. Can be attached to the
SoaringSuit as a hood or worn separately. The materials used for the cap
are the same ones used for the SoaringSuit, perfect
for keeping the head and neck areas cool. Protects the eyes
from direct sunlight without restricting the field of view. |
 |
Transparent PVC pockets on chest and left
shoulder for racing name tags, emergency information, team identification, or national flags. A perfect way to
personalize your SoaringSuit without damaging the
fabric, as can occur with Velcro patches. Pocket dimensions:
chest 10 x 7 cm (3.9 x 2.7 inches), arm 7.5 x 5.5 cm
(2.9 x 2.2 inches). |
