Our customers have five days to choose if they want to keep the purchased items or send them back to us and get their money back.
Terms and conditions for money-back guarantee
• The purchased items can be sent back to our address in maximum 5 working days since the delivery day. An e-mail at the address info@postfrontal.com should be sent as soon as the decision to send the items back to us is taken.

• The items must be returned in their perfect shape, in case scratches or tearing will be found on any item, or if any part of it will be missing, the money-back guarantee will be void and the items will be sent back to the customer at his own expenses.
• In case the package with the items sent back by the customer is lost or damaged, money-back guarantee will be void. We suggest sending the package with insurance.
Money-back procedure
• When we receive the items back, after checking for integrity, we will send money back to the customer only via bank transfer. International bank coordinates will have to be promptly sent to us via e-mail at the address info@postfrontal.com
The bank transfer will be made within 5 working days since we receive the items.
• A 5% on the order amount will be held for bank transfer fees and handling expenses.
• After money back procedure is complete, the customer will receive a document (via ordinary mail or e-mail) that voids the former invoice received within the package.
